DAY 1 - BANGKOK - KANCHANABURI - RIVER KWAI VILLAGE

  • 06:30-07:00 - Pick up passengers from major Bangkok hotels.

  • 07:30 - Depart Bangkok via Nakom Pathom for Kanchanaburi

  • 10:00 - Arrive Kanchanaburi and visit: WAR MUSEUM - World-famous bridge over the River Kwai. Ride Death Railway to Nam-Tok, last station of the Thailand-Burma railway, passing over the rickety wooden bridge built along the mountainside.

  • 12:30 - Arrive at Nam-Tok and transfer to River Kwai Village Hotel.

  • 13:00 - Thai lunch at Jungle View Restaurant.

  • 15:00 - 17:00 Kaeng Lawa Cave. Take a short boat trip upstream and climb to Kaeng Lawa Cave for an interesting exploration of its fantastic stone formations.

  • 17:30 - Transfer back to River Kwai Village by boat.

  • 19:00 - European dinner and accommodations at RIVER KWAI VILLAGE HOTEL.

DAY 2 - RIVER KWAI VILLAGE - BANGKOK

  • Breakfast

  • Morning free.

  • 12:30 - Thai lunch at Jungle View Restaurant.

  • 14.00 - Depart from River Kwai Village Hotel to Kanchanaburi and visit Allied prisoner of war cemetery.

  • 18:00 - Arrive Bangkok with transfers to your Bangkok hotel.
