Cancellation Policies

CANCELLATION

Any cancellations received less than the specific time in the confirmation e-mail (including requests made within this period) are subject to a penalty charge equivalent to one night cancellation fee, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED in the confirmation email. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a late cancellation and will incur a cancellation fee as indicated above.

Any policies dictated by the hotel will always supercede those stated here. During peak season/ convention/ festival whole period may be charged and you will be advised upon confirmation.

AMENDMENT

Amendment will be charged for 10 % of the difference, in case the new amount is lower (Credit card processing fees)

CREDIT CARD REFUND

All credit cards refunds required in the event of cancellations or amendments will be credited to your card within 15 – 30 business days. Once the refund instructions leave our office it can take anywhere from 10-20 working days for the proceeds to arrive in your account.

Please assure reception of cancellation confirmation from Asian trails. If you do not receive cancellation from us, please immediately contact us.
