Asian Trails has been operating in China since 2008. We have a total of approx 30 staff, including a MICE department with a dedicated team of 5 staff and we provide a wide range of destination and event management services in China, from tailormade leisure journeys to meetings, incentives, conferences end events. Services are offered to tour operators, travel agents, meeting planners, incentive houses and congress organisers.
We have a strong network of suppliers and business partners all over China, which allows to provide logistical support for hospitality services, transportation, accomodation, restaurants, outside catering, translation and interpreting services, security services.
We have connections with major venues and authorities in the key cities which allows us to arrange venue rental and establish liaisons with local entities when and where required. Our wide cooperation with the main international an regional hotel groups in China ensures competitive rates and mutual commitment on service quality from partner hotels and we provide the best available guides and hosts/hostesses speaking major languages of the world and with ample experience in the event business.
