Reservations
Your credit card will be debited for the total amount for the booking for the Nikko Hotel Hanoi. Confirmation e-mail will be sent via a separate e-mail together with the exchange and check-in voucher for the Nikko Hotel Hanoi. We will send a confirmation e-mail together with the exchange/check-in voucher within 24 hours after the time you booked the Nikko Hotel Hanoi. In case you do not receive any e-mail from us after you have submitted the booking/resevation for the Nikko Hotel Hanoi, please make sure that you enter the correct e-mail address and www.asiantrails.travel is in your safe list. Rates
All rates for the Nikko Hotel Hanoi are inclusive of all taxes and processing fee. There are no hidden charges.

Child Policy
Children between 2 and 11 years old are granted a 30% discount on transfers, excursions and package tours in Hanoi provided that they share the same room with adults and no extra-bed at the Nikko Hotel Hanoi. A maximum of two children per party (family) is granted for such discounts. Children requiring their own rooms at the Nikko Hotel Hanoi are charged as adults. The rates are chargeable as per the total number of that party unless otherwise stated.

Payments
We accept Visa and Master Card for the Nikko Hotel in Hanoi. All services are on prepayment basis.

Cancellation
For cancellations of confirmed arrangements, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the charges incurred for the Nikko Hotel Hanoi. Cancellation of tours due to minimum number of participants will be advised 4 weeks before departure of the tour.

Any cancellations for the hotel booking at the Nikko Hotel Hanoi, please refer to the information in the email of the booking confirmation.

Liability
Asian Trails Ltd. acts as intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels (Nikko Hotel Hanoi), all transport operators and local tourist offices in Hanoi that are providing those services. Asian Trails Ltd. is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists during their trip to Hanoi, including those occurring outside the touring programs. Additional expenses incurred in Hanoi due to delay, accidents, natural and disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programs and prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing and are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour. Participation in our tours implies the tourists’ agreement to the above conditions.

Cancellations
Any cancellations received less than the specific time in the confirmation e-mail (including requests made within this period) are subject to a penalty charge equivalent to one night cancellation fee for the Nikko Hotel Hanoi, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED in the confirmation email. Failure to arrive at the Nikko Hotel Hanoi will be treated as a late cancellation and will incur a cancellation fee as indicated above.

Any policies dictated by the hotel will always supercede those stated here. During peak season / convention or festivals the whole period for the Nikko Hotel Hanoi may be charged and you will be advised upon confirmation.

Amendment
Amendment will be charged for 10 % of the difference, in case the new amount is lower (Credit card processing fees)

Credit Card Refund
All credit cards refunds required in the event of cancellations or amendments will be credited to your card within 15 – 30 business days. Once the refund instructions leave our office it can take anywhere from 10-20 working days for the proceeds to arrive in your account.
