HR Manager (Thailand)
Purpose of the role
The key objective of the HR Manager is assist the Head of Finance in areas of human resources and development, staff training, company activities, visa & work permit, rules & regulations, and general admin tasks. The HR Manager will ensure the company’s policies are updated at all times and will contribute to the company’s success, providing good service and support to HR team and employees of the company.
Key Responsibilities / Job Description
Oversee and responsibilities for all aspects of HR including recruitment, payroll and compensation, welfare and benefits, Thai labor legal compliances, performance evaluation, and talent development.
- Work closely with top management to plan and implement HR strategy to cope with changing demand of innovative and competitive retail environment
- Work with HR business partners to provide the guidelines and consultations with management team and our staff
- Introduce best practice solutions to continually increase employee engagement
- Ensure the company’s policies, regulation are aligned with labor laws; update and communicate employees on related issues
- Prepare and organize the training and development of staff
- Prepare HR related reports and analysis and present results with action plans and solutions to top management
- Work in partnership with line management through the understanding of business in order to actively support company’s goals
- Oversee and coaching to develop our HR team
Qualifications / Desired experience
- BA degree in business management, human resources, or equivalent experience
- 4 years of experience for HR development in a multi-country business
- 3 years of experience for visa & work permit document preparing
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Excellent English communication with foreign staff
- Must be highly organized to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint are required
