Charitable work in Cambodian village

Tailored to your desires

Performing charitable work or good deeds is becoming popular among overseas visitors to Asia. There is the opportunity to do this at some Khmer settlements in a rural region about a 30-minute drive from Siem Reap.

The full day programme from Asian Trails Cambodia suits incentives of up to 100 participants. Join the villagers to plant trees, paint houses, collect garbage build latrines (local toilets) and install water pumps for those in need. Then join students of a primary school to play games and prepare some local dishes on site.

Enjoy a picnic lunch with the villagers. This is a rewarding way to spend a day in the countryside to carry out meaningful work and gain an understanding of the livelihood of villagers in Cambodia.
