The Vietnamese island of Phu Quoc, famed for its long white-sand beaches and wide shore, is ideal to host an event or incentive ala boat party style. The catamarans and sailing boats floating close to each other facilitate as the dance floor, lounge, bar and dining area with a DJ on a floating stage.
Clients on Asian Trails Vietnam’s ‘floating party’ programme depart the hotel in the afternoon to board their boats at the pier. After a short sailing trip arrive at the shore to Anker for a few hours of leisure on their boats, entertained by the DJ music.
In the evening the chef prepares a seafood BBQ with fresh catches from the sea. Maximum capacity is 150 pax.
MEETINGS AND INCENTIVES DETAILS
8am – 5pm
Participants are free to come in leisurely beach wear, providing that wearing scantily-clad beach wear, or beach wear with obscene text and graphics, for both ladies and gentlemen is not accepted. We highly recommended bringing a change of clothing (2 sets), towel, swim wear and slippers / waterproof sandals.

We reserve the right to make necessary changes to the programme in case of unfavourable weather conditions or situations where we are forced to make alterations to guarantee the safety of our guests. For the best experience, inquiries for groups exceeding 150 delegates may have to be split up in two separate groups. It is not recommended due to the nature of the experience.
