Farming between Bagan's history

Patches of land between the magnificence of Bagan’ surplus of temples and pagoda are still used as designated farm land. These smiling workers tend to their crop almost on a daily basis while having 2000-plus pieces of history in the background.
Myanmar remains largely an agricultural destination with the population using time-honoured cultivation traditions alive by transferring knowledge over to the next generation.
When roaming the vastness of the Bagan plains with its collection of stone memento of a bygone era, don’t be surprised to mingle with roaming cattle and rice-planting locals!
