Vietnam - Tap Water

As part of the move to reduce single-use plastic in Vietnam’s ancient city of Hoi An, a Unesco World Heritage Site, its Culture and Sport Department has installed free drinking water taps at four locations. The refill stations are at the entrance of ticket counters.
Earlier this year Hoi An launched a campaign to raise awareness of good behaviour and hospitality among the community to promote a friendly tourism environment. Local people have been encouraged to maintain tranquillity and also to avoid single-use plastic such as cups, straws and bags.
