with Koh Kood

Just south of Koh Chang and part of greater Trat, Koh Kood fits all the descriptions when seeking a tropical escape with a deeply rooted philosophy to deliver an unhurried lifestyle. Almost hugging the Cambodian coastline on the east, the 105-square kilometre large island ticks off all the boxes when seeking a variety of sandy shores and a mountainous interior where jungle and rainforest reign supreme. Destined to fulfil all the needs for beach-side relaxation with short trips to watch the smashing scene of the island’s largest waterfall – Nam Tok Khlong Chao – to up the tropical ante, Koh Kood leaves many in awe.

Smaller islands off its coastline are merely little pearls when in need of an uninhabited escape. With names such as Koh Rat or Koh Mai Si, exploring the underwater world away from your temporary home, away from home, are breathtaking examples of why Koh Kood, too, delivers.
