performed in Siem Reap with even more energetic and unique performances in
the very heart of the Cradle and Civilization of Cambodia!
WHY THIS TOUR?
With its origins in the rural city of Battambang, the Phare Circus is not your average circus as one may know. The story behind Phare Ponleu Selpak, an NGO school and professional arts training outside the main stage in Siem Reap is an example of how the less-fortunate are giving a chance to develop themselves through art, acrobatic and performance.
Phare is also more than just tricks, juggling and flying from one side of the stage to the other; Phare represents a creative means to express the richness of Cambodian culture where folklore and history, captured through the eyes and the creative minds if its directors. The show regularly changes in concept and style, keeping even repeating visitors on the edge of their seat.
