Inbound Executive French Market

Purpose of the role
    The role of the inbound executive for the French market is to create and maintain an excellent relationship with our B2B clients while quoting their request, consulting them on product services as well as mange their bookings accordingly. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, the ideal candidate will become a part of a great team of travel professionals in Vietnam.
Overall responsibilities
  • Liaising with customers to understand the requirements and anticipate on this in collaboration with all relevant departments.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining an excellent client relationship.
  • Consulting clients on products and services as well as giving them quotations accordingly.
  • Manage bookings and requests as assigned by the superior.
  • Know well which price is applied to which agent.
  • Follow up with agent in order to get the final feedback from them for our proposal.
  • Ensure a smooth communication and cooperation with agents.
  • Enquiries must be responded within 24 hours to maximum of 48 hours.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure all services are booked and ready for your booking.
  • Using properly our pricing and system (key the detailed services, pricing sheet and correct selling price of total package, double check the nett cost for all hotels before confirming to Accounting).
  • Follow up the payment with agents not having credit facilities.
  • Make sure one file incl. our final proposal, pricing sheet and our confirmation with our tour price.
  • Report regularly about any issues, problem and complaints from agents to your Market Manager or direct to Inbound Manager or Deputy Manager.
  • In case of complaints, be aware and follow the internal communication - flow system for complaints.
  • Desire to work in Hospitality and Tourism industry.
  • Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Good in negotiation skill and carefulness.
  • Good at French (English is plus).
  • Able to work in dependently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in computer : Microsoft office, excel, internet and other useful soft-wares.
  • Enjoy high pressure of work.
  • The ideal candidate must be detailed-orientated, service-minded, some experience in negotiations and have a drive to deliver exceeding expectations.
  • Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work flexible hours during peak season. A "Can Do" attitude and positive thinking that includes creative thinking is an asset.
  • This position is only open for Vietnamese nationals.
