Digital Arrival Forms

Below are links to the official pre-arrival forms required for our destinations across Asia. For some destinations, such as Myanmar, digital forms are not currently in use. In that case, paper forms are typically provided during the flight or are available at the point of entry.

Cambodia E-arrival Card
All travellers are required to complete the e-arrival card up to seven days prior to arrival. After completing the form, the traveller should save, print or take a screenshot of the QR code and present it to immigration on arrival in Cambodia.

A mobile app is also available on Google Play or the AppStore

Online Arrival Card
Foreign travellers can complete the arrival card online before arriving in China. Those who are unable to do so in advance may complete the process at the immigration counter upon arrival, either by scanning a QR code or by filling out a paper arrival card.

The form is not required for:

  • Holders of a valid Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card of the People’s Republic of China;
  • Holders of a valid Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents (non-Chinese citizens);
  • Holders of a group visa or those eligible for visa-free group entry;
  • Passengers in 24-hour direct transit who remain within the designated port area;
  • Cruise passengers entering and departing on the same vessel;
  • Travellers entering through the e-channel;
  • Foreign crew members of exit-entry transport vehicles.

All Indonesia Arrival Card
All international travellers are required to complete the All Indonesia Arrival Card online within three days prior to arrival. Once submitted, a QR code will be issued, which the guest must present at immigration and customs on arrival.

Laos Online Immigration
Travellers arriving or departing at selected international checkpoints must complete the online registration form within three days prior to arrival or departure. Travellers who are unable to complete the form in advance may do so on-site upon arrival. After completing the online form, travellers will receive a QR code, which they must present to the immigration officer, either on their mobile device or as a printed copy.

This process currently applies to all travellers arriving or departing at:

  • Luang Prabang International Airport;
  • Wattay International Airport (Vientiane);
  • Pakse International Airport;
  • First Lao–Thai Friendship Bridge (Vientiane–Nong Khai).

Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC)
All travellers are required to submit a Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) within three days prior to arrival. It is recommended to save a digital copy of the confirmation screen to present at the immigration counter upon arrival.

Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC)
All travellers are required to submit a Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) within three days prior to arrival. It is recommended to save a digital copy of the confirmation screen to present at the immigration counter upon arrival.

Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)
All travellers must submit a Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) within three days prior to arrival. After completing the form, travellers receive a QR code, which must be presented at immigration upon arrival. Self-service kiosks are available at the point of entry for those unable to complete it in advance.

Vietnam Pre-Arrival Information
All travellers arriving at Ho Chi Minh City’s Tan Son Nhat International Airport are required to complete a pre-arrival information form online within three days prior to arrival. Travellers who are unable to complete the form in advance can do so at the airport before reaching the immigration checkpoint. After completing the form, travellers will receive a QR code via email, which must be presented to the immigration officer upon arrival.

This requirement is currently in effect at Ho Chi Minh City’s Tan Son Nhat International Airport, with rollout to other airports in Vietnam expected soon.
