14:00 - 18:00

Although Hoi An is so close by and is now a tourist haven, the artistic atmosphere and local friendly people where we will be cycling is an inviting environment that is incomparable with the town life on the other side of the Song Thu River. This tour will take you on a visit to artisans producing bricks in a way that hardly has changed for centuries – the authentic side of what lies around the bustling yellow-bricked centre of Hoi An clearly is not that far away as you may think. You will discover how wooden river boats are made and learn the secrets of local farmers once we move along and follow our cycling ambassador over a combination of mud paths and paved roads.

An interaction with the locals en route are definitely more than just a cheerful experience; Vietnamese are eager to spend some time saying “hello” and giving the occasional high five.

Stop by a local house for a friendly chat it is citizens, drink some Vietnamese tea and taste the local cake until you will cycle back to Hoi An. You will be amazed to realize how the scenery looks peaceful and how friendly people are once you make an effort going beyond the UNESCO-protected region of downtown Hoi An.

Return after a leisurely morning or afternoon cycling trip and via the same way we arrived at this peaceful part of the province, we will bring you back to your booked accommodation in Hoi An by the same way as we left – by bike!
