New eatery raises the bar on Phuket
Phuket has welcomed a new addition to its fine-dining scene with the recent opening of SUAY Alchemy.
This is the latest venture from Tammasak ‘Noi’ Chootong, the acclaimed chef behind SUAY Cherngtalay. This venue has featured in the Michelin Guide for seven consecutive years. Chef Noi’s international pedigree includes Michelin-starred eateries, five-star hotels and the Queen Elisabeth II cruise liner.
SUAY Alchemy blends fine dining with bistro flair and is a wonderful addition to Phuket’s culinary landscape, with a restaurant, bakery and catering and event services, all housed within a beautifully designed venue that can accommodate up to 140 guests.

The experience is focused on modern Asian cuisine and fire-infused flavours. Gastronomic highlights include: The Tapas Bar, serving small plates crafted with creativity; The Hand Roll Bar, offering Japanese-inspired dishes with premium seafood; and The Charcoal Bar, where signature dry-aged meats are seared over open flames.
With its warm interiors, open kitchen and elegant design, this venue is perfect for sophisticated dinners and stylish private events.
