This role involves supporting the Inbound China Market team with reservations and bookings, providing Chinese-language assistance with hotel, tour, transfer and other travel arrangements. Responsibilities include preparing quotations, coordinating bookings, completing data entry tasks and supporting the team with daily tasks.

• Assist with hotel, transportation, and local tour reservations;
• Respond to enquiries from clients via WeChat and email;
• Help prepare travel itineraries and information for travellers;
• Coordinate with hotels, local suppliers, and transportation companies to check availability and pricing;
• Support the team with daily reservations and booking tasks.

• Ability to communicate effectively Mandarin Chinese and English, both spoken and written;
• Solid understanding and experience in using Chinese social media, including WeChat and Xiaohongshu (RED);
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook;
• Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently;
• Be a fast learner with a willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
