The Operations Officer is responsible for coordinating the smooth delivery of day-to-day ground operations in Phuket. This includes arranging and monitoring guest services such as transfers, excursions and on-site assistance, while maintaining high service standards and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Arrange and supervise guest arrivals, departures, transfers, tours and excursions;
• Meet and assist guests at airports, piers, or hotels when required;
• Coordinate with guides, drivers, transport providers, and local suppliers to confirm and deliver services;
• Handle last-minute changes, special requests, or service issues quickly and professionally;
• Communicate with the reservations and sales teams to ensure all arrangements match client requirements;
• Maintain accurate service records and daily operations reports;
• Provide emergency assistance or on-the-ground problem-solving for guests when needed;
• Build and maintain good relationships with local suppliers and partners;
• Provide support for the constant improvement and implementation of our Refillable Water Bottle Initiative;
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field;
• 1–3 years of experience in ground operations or tour handling, ideally in Phuket or nearby areas;
• Good command of English (spoken and written); other languages are an advantage;
• Local knowledge of Phuket destinations, routes, and tourism services;
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills;
• Flexible, service-minded, and able to work under pressure;
• Valid driver’s license is a plus.
