Data Uploading Staff | Myanmar
About the role
The Data Uploading Staff is primarily responsible for managing all data loading tasks for every product. This includes inserting, updating and maintaining accurate data on various computer systems and in our organisational archive. Reporting directly to the Data Management Manager and Assistant Manager, this role is based in our Yangon office. Four positions are available.
Responsibilities
- Insert supplier and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents in a timely manner;
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output;
- Compile and verify the accuracy of data to prepare it for computer entry;
- Comply with data integrity and security policies;
- Keep all company information confidential.
Qualifications
- Myanmar national
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the travel industry (before 2019) ;
- Proven experience in data entry;
- Familiarity with data programmes and procedures;
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (spoken & written);
- Ability to work independently as well as part of the team.
