Akasa Air arrives in South-East Asia

Indian carrier Akasa Air will launch direct flights between Mumbai and Phuket starting 20 September 2025, marking the airline’s entry into South-East Asia. The new daily service will make the Andaman Sea island Akasa’s sixth international destination.

According to the airline, Phuket’s strong appeal among Indian travellers and its significance as a trade and tourism hub make it a strategic addition to its expanding network. For more information or to plan a tailor-made itinerary, please contact Asian Trails Thailand
