Indonesia launches digital platform for international visitors

Indonesia has introduced the ‘All Indonesia’ digital declaration platform, streamlining the entry process for international travellers.

Effective 18 August 2025, this online system consolidates immigration, customs, and health declarations into a single mandatory form to reduce processing times and enhance the arrival experience.

The entry process is currently available only for arrivals at Bali, Jakarta and Surabaya airports.

Travellers must complete the declaration within three days prior to arrival by visiting https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id. Once submitted, a QR code will be generated, which must be presented at immigration and customs upon arrival.

After submitting the All Indonesia form, guests will have the option to pre-purchase a Visa on Arrival (VOA) online. Alternatively, the VOA can be obtained separately via https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id or in person on arrival in Indonesia.

Travel partners are strongly advised to inform clients to complete the form before departure to ensure a smooth entry process. For more information, visit our Fast Facts for Indonesia or contact one of our destination experts at Asian Trails Indonesia
