This role involves supporting the Inbound English Market team with reservations and bookings, providing English-language assistance with hotel, tour, transfer and other travel arrangements. Responsibilities include preparing quotations, coordinating bookings, completing data entry tasks and supporting the team with daily tasks.

• Prepare and manage quotations;
• Coordinate and process bookings;
• Perform data entry tasks;
• Assist the team with daily tasks.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written;
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook;
• Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently;
• Be a fast learner with a willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
