Boutique airline launches global routes

Launching on 22 April 2026, two new premium flight services are set to enhance Asia’s regional travel landscape.

Connecting Subang, in Malaysia’s Selangor State, with Koh Samui, Thailand and Medan, Indonesia, the routes will be operated by boutique airline Berjaya Air, part of Malaysia’s Berjaya Group, marking the airline’s first international services.

Flights will offer an all-business-class experience with just 26 seats on ATR 72-600 aircraft, complemented by personalised service and refined onboard dining. Menu highlights include dishes such as beef rendang, ocean salmon with lemon herb sauce and oxtail asam pedas, alongside Malaysian heritage desserts and gourmet bites.

Enhancing regional accessibility, the flights provide more convenient access to Subang’s urban charm, Koh Samui’s pristine beaches and Medan’s rich cultural heritage and natural landscapes.
