Escape the winter cold with SAS
Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) has announced the launch of new long-haul services from Copenhagen to Thailand’s key leisure destinations of Phuket and Krabi from late 2026 into early 2027.
Responding to growing demand for travel between Europe and Asia, flights from Copenhagen to Phuket will operate from 9 December 2026 until 29 March 2027, while services to Krabi will run from 8 December 2026 to 28 March 2027.

This period offers an attractive opportunity for travellers to escape the Northern European winter climate and enjoy the tropical beaches and attractions of holiday hotspots in Thailand’s south.
The introduction of these routes will boost SAS’ overall capacity to Thailand by more than 75 per cent compared with last year. With the addition of Phuket and Krabi, SAS will become the only airline offering scheduled non-stop services from Scandinavia to Bangkok, Phuket and Krabi.
