A Vintage Sidecar Adventure in Singapore

One of Asia’s most enjoyable places to visit, Singapore is renowned for its unique attractions and activities. Prominent among the fun pursuits is a new Asian Trails’ excursion that takes guests around the city-state in cool, vintage Vespa sidecars. This exciting vehicle provides a deeper connection to the locality through 360-degree views and refreshing, natural air-conditioning.

The excellent tour reveals Peranakan culture – a historical heritage born out of unions between Chinese immigrants and Indonesian, Singaporean and Malaysian nationals – with a stop at the fascinating Peranakan House Museum. The three-wheeled adventure also explores Joo Chiat Road and the Katong district – Singapore’s largest conservation areas. Significantly, Joo Chiat Road has been bestowed UNESCO’s prestigious Asia-Pacific Award for Cultural Heritage Conservation.

This sidecar tour has been given the seal of approval by our CEO Laurent Kuenzle and Managing Director of Asian Trails Malaysia and Singapore Emir Cherif. They both enjoyed discovering the old and new areas of the Lion City recently, with frequent stops to taste delicious local cuisine. Contact our Singapore team for more details.
