Customer Service Officer | Thailand
About the role

The key objective of this role is to help build Asian Trails’ reputation for outstanding customer service and to support the development of a service culture. The role is also responsible for managing and developing a team of service driven executives and finding innovative ways to help support our drive for growth. This role should work to continuously raise expectations of quality, efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for travel agents, handling their inquiries, requests and concerns efficiently and professionally within SLA target;
  • Provide personalised assistance to travel agents, properties, partners or suppliers in booking flights, accommodations, transportation and other travel-related services;
  • Address any issues that may arise during the booking and travel process, aiming to resolve them promptly and effectively;
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as Sales and Operations, to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the customer journey;
  • Keep detailed records of interactions, transactions and customer feedback in our CRM system.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the travel industry;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including travel agents, suppliers and internal teams;
  • Proven ability to provide outstanding service, demonstrating patience, empathy and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to handle multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail;
  • Familiar with CRM software to manage customer interactions and inquiries;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai with a focus on professional and polished customer communication;
  • A positive attitude, adaptability and a strong sense of teamwork;
