- Children aged 0-12 years can join Digital Trails for free when accompanied by a paying adult;
- The tour is not recommended for families with strollers or young children who may have difficulty walking long distances; not recommended for people who require a wheelchair or have mobility challenges;
- Redeem your voucher for a bus pass at any KL Hop-On Hop-Off bus stop. Please keep your physical ticket for verification;
- The nearest bus stop to the KLCC Convention Centre is Stop No. 10 – Aquaria / KLCC Park on the City (Red) route;
- Buses run daily from 9am to 6pm, and pass by every 30-40 minutes. Bus passes are valid for 24 hours once redeemed.
- The Kuala Lumpur City Walks pass offers access to all guided and self-guided Digital Trails in Kuala Lumpur during a 72-hour period;
- Guided walks are led by an English-speaking guide and includes expert storytelling about the destination’s key landmarks, culture and cuisine; guests can hop-on and hop-off the route at any time;
- Self-guided walks allow travellers to explore more and navigate around the city at their own pace using the digital roadbook and GPS route information;
- Audio and written content on the app is available in 5 languages: English, Chinese, Italian, Korean and Japanese;
