Full Day Niah National Park | Niah Caves & Tusan Beach

Explore Niah Cave which is famous for its edible bird nests which can be found high up in the cave about 90 metres from the ground. We transfer from our Miri hotel or Miri Airport for about two-and-a-half-hours to Niah National Park, where upon arrival we register at the park headquarters and learn more about the park at the information centre. Next, we cross the river by short boat to Niah Museum and afterwards proceed on a plank walk for 3 km towards the cave’s main entrance. This painted cave has prehistoric wall drawings and the preserved 40,000-year-old remains of Stone Age people. We take the same route back to Niah National Park for lunch at a local restaurant before transferring to Tusan Beach which is famed for its beautiful natural eroded arch cliff. We stop here for 30 minutes before transferring back to the hotel.
