Komodo and Sebayur Island
Delve into idyllic tropical island life and come face-to-face with abundant wildlife during this full-day exploration of Komodo, Sebayur and Penga islands. In the early morning, we head to the harbour to cruise to the picturesque Komodo Island. Here, we will set off on a scenic two-hour trek.
Walking through the typical dry forest to explore the Island of Komodo dragon. You might see other wild animals such as deer, wild buffalo, long-tailed macaque and wild boar also numerous of birds (subject to the weather and condition). Keep your eyes up as sometime you will find the young Komodo dragons on the trees. A local ranger will lead you through this nature reserve.
Afterwards, we continue to Sebayur and Penga islands which are home to top snorkelling spots. Here, we can laze on the powder white shores, take a dip in the warm ocean, or discover the colourful underwater world. In the afternoon, we cruise back to Labuan Bajo and transfer to the hotel.
Route
- Duration: 8 hours, with departure at 6 am and finish at 5.30 pm;
- This Trail programme is operated daily on private basis;
- This tour is recommended for guests staying at a hotel in Labuan Bajo;
- Supplement for pick up from other areas of Labuan Bajo will be applied upon booking.
- Return joint transfers from hotel in Labuan Bajo to Labuan Bajo harbour by air-conditioned vehicle, unless otherwise stated;
- English speaking guide;
- Snorkelling: schedules are subject to change depending on weather conditions;
- Choices of local wooden boat or speedboat as per itinerary;
- Ranger at the national park for short or medium-length trekking;
- Long-trek option is available on request and on guest’s personal account;

- All entrance fees for visits as mentioned in the programme except for the Komodo National Park; the conservation fee/entrance fee is not included;
