Led by acclaimed Chef Sothea Seng, Lum Orng is Cambodia’s first farm-to-table restaurant. It is celebrated for its creative approach to traditional Khmer cuisine using locally sourced and sustainable ingredients.
Set in a tranquil countryside location in a sleepy village, this eatery blends time-honoured cooking techniques with responsible farming practices, delivering a truly immersive culinary experience.
The gastronomic journey begins at a local market, where guests explore the herbs, vegetables and spices that form the backbone of Khmer cooking. Back at the venue expert chefs share insights into Khmer culture, history and food as participants prepare a variety of authentic dishes. The experience culminates with a shared meal, eaten in an idyllic rural setting.
With places for up to 60 participants per session, this venue is an excellent option for groups, incentives and foodies. Morning sessions run from 10.30 am to 1.30 pm, with afternoon sessions available from 3.30 pm to 6.30 pm.
