Asian Trails enters a new digital era

For 23 years Asian Trails has been renowned for high-quality services throughout South-East Asia and China; a broad range of innovative multi-lingual products at competitive prices; a flexible approach to our clients’ needs; and the support of our expert teams through our own offices in all of our destinations.

For the past few years we have been working on our new B2B online connectivity system eConnect, powered by our partner 11Infotech. We are now proud to launch this state-of-the-art platform to our clients, giving them access to our static rates and a whole new range of dynamic rates. We offer online bookings of hotels, transfers, tours and excursions with immediate confirmation and these can be booked as a combination of countries or product in all Asian Trails’ destinations.

We offer a multitude of static contracts in key hotels and destinations throughout South-East Asia and China, as well as dynamic rates through channel managers and major third-party suppliers. Due to the large number of passengers we look after in our destinations, we have been recognised as a tier one partner of major suppliers.

During the COVID-19 enforced lockdown, we invested and revamped our technology and changed the way we purchase and source our products with the establishment of a new sourcing organisation led by talented industry professionals.

Beyond hotels, transfers, tours and excursions in all our destinations, we also offer competitive rates with immediate confirmation for package tours, which we will expand in the months and years to come. Although we will continue to operate most of our excursions and tours on our own, we also partner with specialist operators where required for bicycle excursions or similar activities.

All bookings can be paid online by credit card, but for clients preferring ‘book now, pay later’ we offer this form of payment option as well.

Should any tour operators, online travel agencies or other interested parties like to connect their system to ours, API connectivity for hotels, transfers and activities is available. Alternatively, you can connect with us through major connectivity hubs or aggregators.
