Half Day Khao Lak Ride & Raft Experience

A tour of captivating contrasts, this adventure combines sea turtle conservation, cycling, bamboo rafting and Thai cooking. We begin at the Royal Thai Navy Sea Turtle Conservation Centre in Phang Nga, where we learn about efforts to protect endangered sea turtles and have the opportunity to see these remarkable creatures up close. We gain insight into egg incubation, hatchling care, rehabilitation and scientific research. Next, we cycle 10 km through peaceful countryside, passing picturesque villages and lush agricultural landscapes. The adventure continues with a tranquil bamboo rafting experience along a gentle river surrounded by tropical scenery. Afterwards, we join a hands-on Thai cooking class at a local riverside kitchen. Renowned for its harmonious balance of sweet, sour, salty, spicy and bitter flavours, Thai cuisine comes to life as we prepare authentic dishes under expert guidance before enjoying our culinary creations in a peaceful riverside setting. This memorable excursion has been carefully curated to showcase the natural beauty, rich traditions and warm hospitality of Phang Nga Province.
