Phuket or Khao Lak – Khao Sok                                                                              [L, D]

We will drive from your hotel to Sarasin Bridge, a pedestrian walkway that spans 700 metres and connects Phuket with mainland Thailand to take some photos and enjoy the views. We then visit the Tsunami Memorial Site, which pays tribute to the thousands of people who died during the 2004 tsunami. (These two visits may be skipped if it is a joint programme with Phuket). Afterwards, we head to the Rommanee Hot Spring which you can either try self-foot-spa or whole body. We then tuck into a local lunch at Khaosok Discovery Restaurant before hitting the water to canoe along Khaosok River (45 minutes to 1 hour). The leisurely trip takes us past dramatic limestone cliffs and abundant tropical flora and fauna. We stop at Khaosok to lap up the unparalleled views of the surrounding area before visiting Monkey Temple Cave and its mischievous monkeys before the check-in to your hotel.

We walk along trails that snake through the dense forest, stopping along the way to look at the unique flora and fauna, including butterflies, squirrels, reptiles and a variety of birds. We end our walk at 500 Rai, an area of the lake that is famous for its sunrise and sunset views and is dotted with islets. We board a bamboo raft and head to Pakarang Cave, also called Coral Cave as its stalagmites resemble coral.
