Dine in a unique heritage village

For a distinctive dining experience set among traditional wooden houses, rice fields, and serene countryside, head to Phum Boeung.

Conveniently located just a short drive from Siem Reap, this living heritage village offers an authentic, culturally rich setting. It is dedicated to preserving Cambodia’s architectural heritage while celebrating its vibrant culture and cuisine.

Founded by Cambodian couple Vanna and Sorya, Phum Boeung features seven restored wooden houses from the 19th and early 20th centuries. Each house has been carefully selected, relocated and restored by skilled local craftsmen, with each telling its own unique story.

The Merchant’s House reflects rural enterprise and early 20th century Khmer architecture. The Fisherman’s Home, a spacious riverside property, captures the resilience of fishing communities. The Official’s Residence, once home to a government official, reflects dignity, tradition and the lifestyle of civil service life.

The properties can accommodate events ranging from 20 to 60 guests, with both indoor and outdoor terrace options available.

Guests can enjoy farm-to-table meals inspired by traditional Khmer home cooking, explore tranquil rice paddies and take part in curated cultural performances.
