Nature blends with spirituality in Bali
Bali’s most iconic temple is the setting for a new incentive event that capitalises on the shrine’s unique characteristics.
The ancient Hindu Tanah Lot Temple is perched on an offshore rock that has been carved into strange shapes over the years by the crashing waves. It was once joined to the mainland until centuries of erosion caused a breach. The sinking sun enhances the dramatic scenery of this location, as golden hues are cast onto a structure that dates back to the 15th century. The shrine was originally built to honour the gods of the sea.
Our business customers are taken to this famed location on the south-western coast in the early evening to enjoy cocktails, such as Balinese arak in a young coconut. These are served from a traditional and quaint family-owned warung shop.
