Full Day Learn the Art of Bee-Keeping in Kuala Pilah
A full day tour to experience local Malay traditions while contributing to the conservation of Kelulut Bees (stingless bees). Kuala Pilah, a small village located just 1h30min from Kuala Lumpur, is rich in culture and social entrepreneurship. The guided tour offers hands-on experience in beekeeping as well as harvesting one of the world’s best honey. It’s high propolis content are promoted with many health benefits including high antibacterial resistance. In conjunction of this visit, a bee hive will be installed under your preferred name as your commitment to the environment conservation work and development of the local industry. Together with a visit to the heritage centre, guests will be introduced to the legend behind this close-knit community, immerse in their daily activities including archery, horse riding and urban farming as well as sample the exquisite local cuisine, Daging Salai Masak Lemak!

- Duration: 8 hours, with departure at 9 am;
- This trail programme operates daily on private basis with English-speaking guide;

- Excursion: 100% penalty charge will apply for cancellation request within 4 days or less prior to the service date or a No Show.
- English speaking Guide: 100% penalty charge will apply for cancellation request within 14 days prior to the service date or a No Show.
- Foreign speaking Guide: 100% penalty charge will apply for cancellation request within 30 days prior to the service date or a No Show.
- Tours and transfers with English-speaking guide;
- Transportation for tour and transfers by air-conditioned vehicle, unless otherwise stated;
- Trigona Beehive installation at the Kelulut Bee Farm;
- All meals as indicated in the program (local lunch);
- All applicable taxes and service charges.
