Full Day Kuala Lumpur City Tour
Our exploration of Kuala Lumpur starts at the Royal Selangor Pewter factory to witness the different processes involved in working with pewter, including casting, filing, polishing, soldering, hammering and engraving. After a brief stop at a batik centre, our tour takes us to the mysterious Batu Caves. These limestone caves harbour Hindu temples home to ornate shrines, stalactites, bats and families of long-tailed macaques. A climb up 272 colourful steps bring us to the Temple Cave, guarded by an impressive 42.7-metre-high gold statue of Lord Murugan erected in 2006.
After lunch at local restaurant (at own expense), we continue to the National Mosque (Masjid Negara), the most distinguished mosque in the city before proceeding for a short stop by the Petronas Twin Towers and capture unforgettable moments on camera. We also drive pass the Moorish-style Federal Court; the old Railway station, a striking piece of Mohammedan architecture; the Tudor-style Cricket Club; and the King’s Palace. The tour concludes with a visit to Thean Hou Temple, a striking six-tiered temple dedicated to the patron goddess of the Hainanese community.

- Duration: 8 hours, with departure at 9 am.
- The mosque may not be visited on Fridays;
- Blackout dates for Batu Caves visit: 7 days during Thaipusam celebration (3 days before, day itself & 3 days after);
- Please note that the tour does not include Petronas Twin Towers skybridge tickets and only offers a photo stop opportunity;
