Rooted in the teachings of grandmaster Ip Man, who mentored Lee and inspired the acclaimed Ip Man film series, this martial art offers a unique blend of fitness, focus and cultural heritage. This engaging one-hour workshop is ideal for team-building, promoting both physical well-being and inner balance. Sessions accommodate groups of up to 30 participants indoors or up to 100 outdoors, with classes held at iconic Hong Kong venues such as Central Harbourfront and the West Kowloon Cultural District’s Art Park.
