Nationwide rollout of ‘All Indonesia’ portal

Following last month’s launch of the ‘All Indonesia’ digital declaration platform, authorities have confirmed the system’s nationwide rollout.

From 1 September 2025, the declaration became mandatory for all arrivals at Jakarta, Denpasar-Bali and Surabaya. From 1 October 2025, it will apply at all Indonesian airports, including Komodo, Makassar, Manado, Medan and Sumatra.

The platform streamlines the entry process by consolidating immigration, customs and health declarations into a single online procedure.

Travellers must complete the form within three days of arrival at: https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id. Upon completion, visitors will receive a QR code, which must be presented to immigration and customs officers upon entry. Travellers can also pre-purchase a Visa on Arrival (VOA) via the platform.

With this new process, the previous Electronic Customs Declaration (ECD) and Satusehat Health Pass are no longer required. Travel partners are strongly encouraged to inform guests of this new requirement and to ensure the declaration is completed before travel to facilitate a smooth arrival in Indonesia.
