Elevating incentive travel in Cambodia

At Asian Trails, we believe incentive travel is more than a journey – it is an opportunity to inspire, connect and create lasting memories.

Recently, our Cambodia team had the privilege of hosting 59 guests from France on an eight-day, seven-night incentive programme, thoughtfully designed to showcase the very best of Phnom Penh and Siem Reap.

From curated cultural experiences to bespoke events and seamless logistics, every element of the programme was carefully crafted to deliver an immersive, high-impact experience. Guests explored Cambodia’s iconic landmarks, including the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda in Phnom Penh and the legendary temples of Angkor Wat and Ta Prohm in Siem Reap province.

An excursion to the floating villages on Tonle Sap Lake and visits to artisan workshops created meaningful encounters with local communities, while countryside cyclo tours, a sunset cruise and interactive cooking classes offered unique opportunities for shared memories and team bonding.

Reflecting on the programme’s success, Menging Heang, MICE Supervisor for Cambodia, said: “Putting this programme together had its challenges, but that is what makes it meaningful.

“From coordinating with local partners to adjusting last-minute requests, our team gave their all. Standing at the farewell dinner and seeing how happy the guests were – that was the moment I felt proud of what we achieved.”

Asian Trails is committed to delivering bespoke MICE programmes that combine cultural authenticity and unique experiences. To plan a similar programme, reach out to our MICE experts at Asian Trails Cambodia – MICE.
