Team leader recognised as Face of the Future

Asian Trails is proud to celebrate the achievement of Orawan Dinsor, Team Leader – Travelplan (Latin Markets), who was named one of four Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) Faces of the Future 2026.

Recognised for Strategic Management, Orawan travelled to Sarawak, Malaysia, to accept the award during the PATA Travel Mart 2026.

The PATA Face of the Future award recognises emerging travel professionals who demonstrate leadership, innovation and a strong commitment to developing tourism across the Asia-Pacific region.

Since 2024, Orawan has led Asian Trails’ Latin team for the Travelplan project, overseeing operations that welcome more than 1,000 Spanish travellers each month.

Her extensive experience in operations and customer service has strengthened her ability to solve challenges under pressure while continuously improving guest experiences and operational performance.

Fluent in Thai, English and Spanish, Orawan places collaboration, empathy and empowerment at the heart of her leadership approach.

Reflecting on the recognition, she said: “Strategy is not just about making the right decisions; it is about empowering the right people to make a difference.”

She described the award as a meaningful career milestone and said the recognition inspires her to continue championing sustainable tourism, operational excellence and the development of future leaders. She also highlighted tourism’s power to connect cultures and create a positive impact.
