Cleaning up Sabah’s beaches

Staff from Asian Trails’ Kota Kinabalu, Sabah office participated in a beach cleanup initiative in collaboration with Trash Hero, a volunteer-led organisation focused on reducing waste and protecting the environment.

Following a briefing session on the importance of waste reduction and safeguarding marine ecosystems, the group joined fellow volunteers in cleaning Pantai Gorongon, a peaceful local beach. This CSR initiative reflects Asian Trails’ ongoing commitment to supporting sustainable practices, environmental responsibility and giving back to local communities.
